Here is a cardio/strength workout that you can do early in the morning. Doing 2 reps of each won't take too much of your time either. :)
- 20 jumping jacks
- 10 crunches
- 5 pushups
- 10 calf raises
- 5 pushups
- 25 rep Russian Twists
- 10 squats
- 20 high knees
- 10 reverse crunches
- 5 pushups
- 10 calf raises
- 15 sec. plank
- 20 jumping jacks
- 10 sec side planks (each)
